The Facilities

Premier Composite Technologies new facility located in Dubai Investment Park covers an area of 7,500 sqm (80,000sq ft). The move reinforces PCT's position as an advanced composite builder in the region with a strong international market base.

This integrated facility houses an impressive 5-axis milling machine. With dimensions length 26m x width 8m x height 3m, it is the largest 5-axis milling machine in the Middle East. The milling machine is supported by advanced CAD/CAM systems for precision tooling.

There are different designated zones for production, assembly and carpentry, and the facility is fully air-conditioned to provide a temperature stable production environment.

Further expansion of PCT

Premier Composite Technologies have further expanded their facilities to accommodate the growing projects it has acquired.

They have rented an adjacent facility and this adds to the existing facility another 84,000 sq ft.

Distributed over 2 floors, this new facility is fully air-conditioned. The Medinah Haram Piazza Shading project is dedicated to the first floor, and the ground floor dedicated for the Dokkae Tower tiling works.
